Management
CORDA is managed on daily basis by the Director and a Project Board consisting of the research faculty. Major decisions are made by a Steering Board of selected stakeholders from academia and business life.
The operational level of the organization structure is fully project based.
Decisions on projects and other endeavours are taken within the framework established by the mission, vision and general objectives of CORDA.
